Visit to New School House Gallery

I was very impressed with the exhibition Robert was there and told me that I had, had a lot of interest in ,y painting and almost sold it. He said I the painting has had a lot of positive comments which is really nice to know. I loved a lot of the work displayed there is a lot of talented artists out there and a lot of competition.
Robert has asked if I would be interested in displaying my painting at the York hospital which I agreed to more exposure but I would need to know where the painting would be displayed and also insurance cover.I have been carrying on with my painting of the bluebells and have two more to complete and then I am looking into paint a picture of a view in London of St Paul's Cathedral which I am excited about. I am still looking for a question for my dissertation and I need to go over the notes I have made from the last meeting with Heidi, I have also received the brief for the dissertation which I will need to read and figure out making notes of any questions I may have. I need to start my journal again so I can see what and where I am going and my progress. This summer has gone so quickly that I feel i haven't really got much done as I have had such a lot of other thing that have had to take priority but I hope to get my action plan for the next year done next week so I can use my time to the greatest extent. Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!

New School House York

I was amazed that my painting was accepted for the Gallery in 53 Degrees north, I was disappointed that I was not there for the opening on the Saturday but I so needed to see my family but I cannot wait to go and see my picture and see what feed back I have received hopefully next week.

Scotland

Scotland was amazing the views spectacular and the sea full of power which creates such emotion in the spectator. Banff harbour and Collen bay gave me fantastic ideas for my paintings. I love the sea and country side, it's the subjects I want to capture to hold a moment in time. I want to carry on with looking into the environment sending out  message to the viewer look after me cherish what you see, hear and smell all those senses.
